As a result of our 10 years of research endeavor, Shinsung Electronics has so far registered 20 patents, realizing technological independence. In particular, we have successfully established a domestic independent production system for semiconductor materials, parts and equipment, introducing high-capacity products that are more advanced than the conventional products, using ceramic-metal brazing technology, and semiconductor photo processing ceramic (AIN, SiC) heater.
